Yoga breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. We can be left feeling imbalanced from environments that leave us overwhelmed, frazzled, and exhausted. Yoga breathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but is easier to learn and can be practiced anywhere!


No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.   

The Discovery Session is just 20-minutes via video call. I’ll share with you the basic principle of the practice, we’ll do some foundation exercises together, and we’ll see how you feel. Interested to learn more?
